Contract Management/ Managing Restricted Funding
Effectively managing a portfolio of existing donor contracts to ensure compliance with donor requirements ensure reports are of good quality and submitted on time analyze and provide advice to staff on the funding policies and requirements of organization and different donors.
Ensuring sign-off of donor proposals, reports and contracts within delegations and according to agreed Oxfam processes
Ensuring donor reporting schedules are kept up to date and that timelines are shared with program managers and finance team
Coordination with donor contract focal person for Contract & compliance related matters
Circulation of monthly/quarterly donor reporting schedule
Submission of project progress report (Narrative & Financial) as per agreed schedule ensuring consistency, accuracy, clarity and timely submission in compliance with Oxfam policies and procedures as well as donor contractual requirements
Smooth and satisfactory closure of contracts according to Oxfam Procedures
Supporting program and finance teams in development of quality proposals and in production of quality reports by providing effective reviews in order to align with donor requirements
Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with the current donors and developing working relationship with in-country donors to secure more funding
Explore new opportunities for raising restricted income for humanitarian and development programmes by meetings and email consultation
Working closely with the OI Funding Coordinator, CD, programme teams and support services teams to create and secure country funding plan
Assisting Programme Funding Team in developing/ drafting funding strategy, donor mapping and engagement strategy development
WRepresent Oxfam to the donor community in country as required and maintain positive working relationships with donor agencies
Identify, assess and approach new donors or funding

As project officer TVET I had to Coordinate with local civil society, private sector, artisan and community representatives to upgrade and promote new handicraft, designing and production skills. Developed and strengthened Linkages between artisans and contemporary designers to broaden skill base of artisans to become entrepreneurs. Institutionalization of improved traditional skills identified during the project activities. I has supported implementing partners in project program activities through field visits, communication, share observations and gather data on new initiatives. Participated and facilitated in craft co-creation Brand development Process. Participated and facilitated in workshops for selection and production of brand products samples, launching of co-designed Kahani brand Products , sales and marketing activities for Brand and other craft products. Facilitated in implementation of Preparatory classes for Craft women for Skillful artisans training. In put provided in preparation of Curriculum for Skill full artisan enterprise training . Directed implementation of Skill full artisan enterprise training of craft women in selected districts of project.
Provided support to implementation partners in formation of craft associations in target Districts to support enterprise craft business. Identified success stories and provided input for any other written materials for external communication on the program(s).Facilitated partners in undertake work planning and review workshops
