Play a key role in executing temporary blocking functions to examine suspicious activity on card/branch account. Identify and resolve customer problematic complains, issues, and queries in the minimum possible time. Directed and delivered card replacement request and SMS alerts against suspicious transactions to the concern department against all confirmed frauds on debit/credit cards.
