Managing inventories of Central Warehouse which is supplying to five Lahore based hospital campuses (Total 500 Beds). Mainly dealing in following sub storesGeneral consumables store which includes general stationary, printing stationary, general items, linen items, housekeeping items, general equipment, furniture & IT accessoriesMaintenance Items store which includes civil, electrical, fuel/lubricants, mechanical, tools & plumbing itemsMedical Miscellaneous store which includes chemical, kits, gases, instruments, medical equipment & lab itemsFood Store which includes drinks, groceries, food items, meat, vegetables, fruits and crockery itemsKey responsibilities includesManage and ensure the computerized inventory system is properly maintained.Planning & forecasting of inventory as per consumptions trends to avoid shortages and carrying costs.Direct various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisal, disciplinary actions, staffing schedules and employee development.Ensure all documentation is maintained and proper protocol is followed when receiving stock. This include inspecting and verifying quantities, packaging, quality and expiration dates.Maintain financial reports and records pertinent to store operations.Ensure goods and stock are properly handled, placed, and segregated category-wise for identification.Ensure goods are correctly issued to concerned departments on FIFO/FEFO basis, as approved and documented.Ensure physical stock is maintained as optimum levels determined by monthly consumption and present stock raise purchase requisitions for replenishments.Ensure all material is properly handled during loading, unloading and transportation.Advise the management of current support status, and make recommendations for the resolution of internal problems or scheduling inconsistencies. Coordinate Senior Manager Supply Chain/HOC immediately in case of any discrepancy.

Planning of vehicles routes
To manage the installation teams to be sent to clients premises
To manage the efficient and timely dispatch of goods nation wide
To adopt and implement the state of the art packing techniques for local delivery and shipments for
       exports. To develop and maintain proper warehousing systems.

To prepare monthly purchase budget and getting them approved accordingly.Prepare purchase orders keeping in view stock status, inventory level, work in progress and finished goods and monitor and ensure that all the orders are processed without unnecessary delayHandling more than 100 different products and assuring timely and prompt supply of materials (Raw, QC chemicals, Packing, Promotional and Stationery) to avoid shortages.Dealing with transporters and ensure handling and delivery of hazardous and perishable items are done properly.Performing duties as per QMS, EMS & cGMP StandardsProcessing supplier invoices and asking payment accordingly to predefined credit periodHandling the complaints with the vendors and their elimination on time.Preparation of debit and credit noted of the creditorsHelping the planning department to maintain Material Issuance & Control System (MICS) and in overcoming short materials for the next 18 months according through MRP.Knowledge of import procedures like negotiation with suppliers, L/C opening & documentation, custom clearance etc.
