概要

A) Presently working as CFO of M/s Maaher food Indusrtries (Pvt.) Limited (Country Juice, a FMCG company) since 2004,

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Overall monitoring of accounts department consisting staff of 20 personnel's.
Overall monitoring of internal control system.
Dealing with banks and lease companies for financing arrangements i.e. Running finance, Demand finance, Leases etc.
Preparing and checking of daily management reports i.e. daily stock reports, daily sale reports, daily production report, daily costing and consumption reports, daily reconciliation of in/outs etc.
Monthly Budgeting and costing analysis
Preparing cash flow analysis, setting monthly cash requirements
Sales and production analysis,
Controlling store department i.e. daily in and outs, stock levels, purchase requirements etc.
Purchase and procurement, setting weekly and monthly purchase requirements in liaising with production department.
Dealing with suppliers for purchase and procurement.
Sales monitoring and control of distribution network i.e. ware house stocks, daily sales analysis etc.
Dealing with different govt. departments i.e. social security department EOBI department, Excise and taxation department, property tax and professional tax matters, SECP etc.
Dealing with income tax and sales tax matters i.e. finalization of assessments, filling income tax statements, Annual income tax returns, Sales tax returns, refund claims, dealing with sales tax and income tax personnels amd tax notices issued from time to time including finalization of income tax and sales tax audits.
Having extensive work done for development and implementation of complete inhouse ERP system.
Top of all assist the Managing Director in all the daily management work i.e. coordination with different departments, meetings with sales and marketing departments, meetings with suppliers, meetings with bank personnels and other routinue factory management work.



B) Four years, CA-Article ship with Javaid Jalal Amjad and Company, Chartered Accountants since March 1999 to February 2003. Worked as Manager Audit and Consultancy from March 2003 to June 2004.During article-ship supervised/conducted various accounting and audit (statutory/ management/internal) assignments and system reviews of various public and private sector organizations including power, food and beverages, plastics industry, commercial exporters, hotels, educational and non-trading concerns. Preparing and filing various income tax and sales tax returns and computations in connection with assessment of various clients and have done comprehensive groundwork for tax cases including attending the hearings of companies and individuals.
