Designation: Regional Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
• Focal Point for all the HSSE Requirments,organizing LSCS meeting and following up action items on it.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) System by ensuring that training is given and supplier are qualified.
• Evaluating operation performance by arranging monthly and bi weekly meetings.
• Carry out quality checks of recently completed maintenance work or repair work to ensure that work is completed properly.
• Verify invoices for the work undertaken at service station to validate the costs incurred are as invoiced.
• Maintaining almost 180 sites of SPL in different areas of Punjab.
• Installation and Maintenance of complete fueling system that include Fuel dispensers, submersible, underground UPP product lines and storage tank.
• Construction of new Fuel station.
• Managing with vendor, supply chain department and with the client for timely completion of the Project.
• Coordination with the design departments for proper execution of the project by maintaining the SPL and
Explosive standards.
• Coordination and Managing the Corrective and preventive maintenance of site.
• Conducting site surveys for validating the proper working of critical equipments.

Project: Installation and Erection of 2500 MT Oil Storage Terminal at Habib abad Pattoki.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination and managing the work schedule with the head office and contractor for the completion of work.
• Managing the overall site activity for the effectively completion of the work.
• Coordination with the design department for finalizing the drawings.
• Coordination with the safety design department for finalizing the drawings of fire fighting system.
• Supervising and monitoring the whole work on site.
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up.
• Monitoring all the site activities and preparing daily work progress report.
• Preparation of Quality Documents of the tanks and Piping.
• Applying HSE Standards on site to avoid accident and ensuring maximum safety of the workers.
