Sr. Network Administrator

Provide local site administration of IT infrastructuree Server, security, networking, storage systems.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting function that will make a hands-off envoirnment
Design and document best practises and IT SOP's
Implement network protocols and security for all network devices
Implemantation of VPN tunneling and site2site connectivity
Installation and configuration of different network devices
Manage DNS/DHCP services
Configuration of Routers/firewalls/switches/AP or software based solution.
Infrastructure planning and implementation.
Work on different OS specifically Linux/MacOS/Windows
Provides regular continuous improvement ideas and solutions to increase the effectiveness of support services.
Responsible to perform additional tasks as assigned.

o Installation and troubleshooting of multi-vendor router, switches, network applications,
monitoring servers and surveillance system.
o Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
o Providing onsite technical support to resolve the support issues.
o Analyse and isolate issues raised on multipul sites.
o Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Client and Server based platform.
o Responsible for hardware installation, RAID, Data Recovery, data restorations capabilities
and troubleshooting Network Nodes.
o Work on different network equipment. (CISCO, Juniper, D-Link, Huawei, Axis, etc)
o Conduct on site surveys.
o Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps in strong
relationships.
o Supervising ongoing projects.
o Handling over the project to operations for opening.
o Performs as a bridge between clients and the technical team.
o Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
o Attend team, management and client meetings, take notes and circulate meeting minutes.

o Installation and configuration of computer systems and networks.
o Ensuring proper network and system communication.
o Design and implement Network Infrastructure (LAN/ Wireless LAN, WAN), manage
Nodes installation, maintenance and Support.
o Trouble shooting any computer network and system problems.
o Purchasing hardware and related equipment of IT from market.
o Maintaining and upgrading existing software and hardware.
o Monitoring computer networks and systems for improvement.
o Managing active network directory.
o Maintain a stable network environment to assure maximum productivity of systems.
O Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction.
