A brief introduction of my key responsibilities and attitude towards work. I bear over 10 years experience in British and American travel markets as a Senior Travel Consultant and Territory Manager and laso managed a project from scratch and built foundation for the business to run smoothly today, Airfares Cart UK. From Logo design to content, stratgy and more. During my tenure in travel industry, I have successfully managed travel needs of my clients by booking flights, holidays, Excursions, City breaks, hotel bookings and all inclusive packages with a humble and down-to-earth attitude and top-notch costumer services. I know Worldspan (GDS) well. I have worked as Territory Manager with a US based travel and tour management company for large groups and organizations, located in Miami, FL. This job comes with managing sales for my assigned territory as well as dealing with clients and vendors directly. Our main focus was to manage all inclusive trips and tours for large groups and organizations such as schools, universities, churches, families and individuals ranging from 1 to 200 people (or more). This job requires taking care of passengers / tourists from their doorsteps, managing all their trip requirements including travel through Bus, Car, Rail, Air, meals, activities, attractions, accommodation, cruises and any other custom requirements from our clients. My other job experiences include Human Resource Management, Administration, Graphic Design and Training.
