In a fast growing organization of 150+ employees, I work as an HR Generalist. In SDS-IT we have both Engineering and Customer Support teams. I either directly perform or am part of following activites:- Recruit employees using Rozee.pk and verify the quality of referals- Maintain a pool of candidates for future hiring requirements- Maintain dashboards and Talent Aquisition statistics- Maintain SDS-IT's Linkedin page- Onboarding new employees into HR, Payroll, Admin and IT systems- Offboard leaving employees from HR, Payroll, Admin and IT systems- HRIS Adminitrator for PK office (in WebHR)- Manage the full cycle of employee contracts, letters and physical documents- Roll out official communications like Gazatted Leaves, Work From Home, Eid and others on HR and Mangement's behalf- Act as an advisor in Labour Laws and Company Policy- Provideing support to employees in any HR related policy upon request- Adding, Editing and Deleting employees in monthly payroll cycle- Helping Payroll team in FnF activity among others.
