 Managing the cycle of overall progress, site activities strict compliance of working procedures accordance with drawings & specifications. Coordination by both parties the Client & Contractor’s for quality assurance & time/cost management of projects.
 Inspection of pre-installed MEP-Mechanical systems to enforce adherence to International and National codes, ordinances. Ensuring the testing of all equipment’s and components of the system are appropriately sized, equipped & operational procedures.
 Analyze the value engineering practices of function to cost for MEP works with materials and equipment’s for provisional approval. Evaluating the submitted variations & review the interim payment certificates (IPC’s).
ï‚· Reviewing design/shop drawings and inspection of MEP activities on site, Acknowledgment of reference standard & codes of ASTM, ANSI ASHRAE, SMACNA, NIBS, FIDIC, IgCC, and NFPA.
ï‚· Commissioning (Cx) validation of Mechanical systems according to codes, standards & manufacturers recommendation catalogs.
ï‚· Verify the MEP plans for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire protection system, Building Automation System & external utilities to project site.
ï‚· Monitoring/ Coordination of project progress performances by Contractor ï‚· Reviewing ITP & forms (check lists), submittal\'s as per routine procedures.
Issuing SI’s / NCR’s as per faults/failures on the behavior of Contractors.
