Essential Job Functions
Technical assessment of WASH facilities at the targeted GP clinics and large-scale private hospitals in coordination with WASH Engineer and SPO WASH.
Preparation of BoQs and market rate analysis for construction work and other required items of project activities. Provision of completed and updated rate list of all required items with the support of WASH Engineer and Senior Program Officer WASH.
Organize/arrange capacity-building training of the healthcare facility staff in coordination with the Senior Program officer IPC and WASH.
Develop a monthly work plan and ensure its implementation in coordination with the Senior Program Officers and approval from the Project Manager and meet the assigned project targets.
Conduct regular visits to selected Hospitals, private healthcare providers, labs, and large hospitals for smooth and timely implementation of the project activities as per design, specification, BoQs and detailed implementation plan.
Coordination and organization of the inception/kickoff meeting with all stakeholders at the district level.
Coordination and meetings with area notables like religious leaders, teachers, CRPs/CNW, LHV/LHWs etc. for the awareness raising of C19 and TB at the district level.
Support in conducting baseline & endline studies of GP clinics and private health facilities and KAP prior to the dissemination of interactive voice response calls to community members to measure the improvement in self-referrals for TB and COVID-19 after the campaign with the support of the project team.
Lead the process of coordination with the District TB Coordinator, field staff of TB Program Sub-Recipient in the assigned district, Private Healthcare Facilities, Private Labs and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the project.
Timely submission of monthly progress reports, weekly report and activity reports after endorsement from district health authorities/hospital administration/ healthcare providers.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines and timely submission to the country office.
Maintain chronological programmatic and financial records including activity photographs, attendance sheets, TA/DA sheets, bills/invoices and field monitoring reports etc. of all the field activities at the district level.
Submit programmatic and financial records of all field activities on monthly basis as per the Operational Guidelines and share with Project Assistants/supervisors to the country office.
Support and facilitate field visits from national, provincial and district level stakeholders.
Comply with all the Mercy Corps Policies for example Feld Procurement Policies and Procedure (FP3).
Any other task or responsibility as assigned by the Project Manager/supervisor.

Field Monitor is responsible for surveying, proposing, implementing and monitoring PWJ projects in field level under supervision of Senior Engineer, Assistant Programme Coordinator and International Staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting Programme Assistant to follow up the needs and requirements of the most vulnerable families, IDPs, Refugees and the major social obstacles against normal life for people suffering hard living condition such as female-headed families, disabled persons, children and internally displaced people.
Assisting to translate their basic needs to proposals, ensuring that these projects will make them more productive, always thinking about the best solutions through encouraging them and finding suitable and reasonable social care projects in coordination with Programme Assistant.
Implementing and monitoring approved projects under supervision of Assistant Programme Coordinator and Engineers in co-ordination Programme Assistant.
Making social care, engineering assessments of areas (camps) where many IDPs and/or refugees live and participating in preparation of proposals of projects, considering social factors.
Carrying out other duties as directed, in accordance with programme requirements.
Develop business plan, timeline and budget to perform financial projects.
Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.
