Attend relevant matters on behalf of the Company in various courts of law like Authority under Payment of Wages, Labour Court, NIRC & High Court.
Enforcement of discipline in the organization.
Conduct domestic inquiries of workers and prepare Inquiry Reports with findings in complex/ unionized environment.
Deal with the individual grievances in accordance with the company policy and relevant Labour laws.
Consult with the panel legal Advisors on issues pertaining to Industrial Relations.
Assist Legal Advisors in terms of preparation of Application, Reply, Rejoinders, Objections & Arguments.
Act as custodian of all records / documents / opinions / judgments / court decisions of all case (in respect of entire group) as well as past & future records of like nature.
Prepare analytical and comparative report on charter of demands.
Dealing & negotiations with the CBA on charter of demands.
Timely apprise management on different Issues/ developments evolves in the sphere of Industrial Relations.
Suggest necessary steps to the Management to promote / ensure smooth Industrial Relations in the Organization.
Well conversant with the service provider (job contract system) & prepare job contracts in the company for different jobs performed by different independent service providers.
Deal with inspections by Labour Officer under various Labour Laws.
Prepare reports/data on EOBI and SESSI for Annual Audit by respective government departments.
Conversant in dealing with relevant Government Departments on issues pertaining to Industrial Relations.
