Assistant Manager Accounts & Taxation
• Prepare Monthly Management Accounts, Quarterly and Annual Accounts of the Group.
• Prepare variance analysis regarding Financial Statements.
• Prepare Monthly salaries and Commission of staff for the group.
• Assist the External auditors for conducting External Audit.
• Prepare working regarding various tax notices i.e under section 147,161 & 221.
• Prepare and reconcile the sales Tax data relevant to PRA, KAPRA, FBR and SRB
Assist. Manager Reporting & Taxation
• Working On ERP (Oracle 12) on different modules like AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare Monthly Management Accounts, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Statutory Reports.
• Prepare variance analysis regarding Financial Statements.
• Prepare and arrange to post inter unit reconciliation and outstanding entries.
• Assist the External auditors for conducting External Audit.
• Consolidation of data of all divisions related to Financial Statement & Management Reporting.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly stock & receivables receive reports from all divisions for banks.
• Prepare and consolidate quarterly sales, production data and technical data receive from all division for banks.
• Prepare working regarding various tax notices i.e under section 147, 221, 177 and 161.
• Prepare working of Long Term Loan regarding repayment schedules and matching with bank and facility letters and posting in the ledgers according to repayment schedules.
