Presently, I am working with UNICEF where I am responsible for to create demand for polio vaccination through locally appropriate intervention. Ensure Display and distribution of IEC material in UC, Participate in UPEC meeting to support Campaign preparedness, Monitor and supervise the AIC / Teams training for IPC component to ensure quality and provide feedback to the concerned authority, Build capacity of Social Mobilizer in IPC, Community engagement and Social Mobilization, Lead challenges mapping exercise at UC level and Social Mobilization, Ensure timely submission the reports, Follow-up with the data team for data compilation/ analysis and sharing for planning purposes on communication indicators, Participate in events / survey or conduct LQAS , market and other Survey related to polio /EI assigned by UNICEF focal person, Support SM during door to door IPC activity Support in addressing clusters of refusals through identified influencers, Support in monitoring and supervision the campaign including teams IPC skills, Identify potential entry points/ stakeholders at UC and community levels, Prepare and update the social map and UC social profile and support the process of updating micro plans with special focus on high risk group, Ensure that the evidence based Social Mobilization / Community engagement plan is regularly updated in included in MP, Ensure implementation of UC level communication activities, Track and Engage with families of missed children, Ensure understanding of refusals through social profiling and support in addressing cluster of refusal through identified influencers, Coordinate with UPEC for quality collaboration and coordination in all campaign activities, Analysis of 10 tally sheets / missed children list in 5 days of campaign to identify reason / pattern of refusal and areas of intervention, Coordinate with partners relevant stake holder to response to refusal cluster reported during campaign days, Participate in Morning and evening meeting at UC level during campaign days to ensure appropriate use of resources provided for communication activities and to both address and provide feed back on communication related issues, Follow up with the data teams on data collection of communication indicators, Monitor and supervise SMs and make notes to be submitted in monthly reports and , Support SMs during door to door IPC activities,/pbr pemI am also worked with/em emWHO/em (World Health Organization) regarding Polio Eradication Initiatives in Pakistan with emDPEOs/em (District Polio Eradication Officers) in emSIAs/em (Supplementary Immunization Activities) a joint venture of WHO and Ministry of Health, where my key responsibilities are to make pre-campaign activities like establishment and field validation of Micro Planes, Selection of appropriate Vaccinators teams and conduct and supervisors their training as well as Campaign activities like Monitoring of mobile filed teams front line supervisors , Collection of Target Data, Implementation of SIAs with special attention to hard-to-reach and underserved high risk population. Formation of realistic Catch-Up Plan for missed Children. Organize sweeping Activities in the light of emPCM/ LQAs/ Marker Survey Results/em and facilitate the work of Independent Monitors. Keen review of Zero Reports, Visits of AS Sites and assigned informal healthcare providers to inquire about emAFP/em (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) casesu/u/pbr I worked as District Team Leader/em in a EHBWPem-Project/em, District - Jhang.
