Job responsibilities includes:

Monitoring ATM Terminals and raise the complaint to the higher level whenever Transactions are not successfully operate on ATM Network
Monitoring the Alarms of VMs and Physical Servers
Handling Customer Complaint and raise the ticket on dashboard to resolve the complaint on immediate basis
Monitoring the Physical Server IPs and Database Servers, App Servers and Web Servers
Monitoring Primary & Secondary Link of ATM to smoothly operate ATM Transactions

Job responsibilities includes:

Monitoring and Management of NGN based Alcatel Soft-Switch. Create the SIGTRAN link and Clear mode link on Soft Switch to smoothly operate the flow of Network
Real time monitoring of telephony traffic through NMS and handle the complaint of customers accordingly. Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of 14 NWD and 5 International POPs for smooth operation of our dispersed Network
Responsible for nationwide and international signaling links troubleshooting and coordinate with national and International partners to sort out mutual issues
Ensure swift response to customers by thoroughly analyzing their complaints via SS7 and SIP call traces
Map commercial requirements into technical implementations to seize Business opportunities in a timely and effective manner
Monitoring of Alarms for all network elements and coordinate with Field Engineers and keep customer abreast of problem status and provide timely follow-up
Performing extensive analysis of the offered ASR, TG utilization, Call Attempts, Seizures, Refusals for both Inbound/Outbound traffic to delivered International standard Quality of Service to our customers
Real time monitoring of International Calls on all the Servers during the peak hours. Also, raised the complaint to CMO\'s regarding Call failure issue (i.e. TELENOR, UFONE, MOBILINK, WARID, ZONG) on immediate basis
Scheduled Reboot of all the Servers & MGWs at every mid-night and after rebooted revert them back at the original positions
Monitor the CDR\'s (Call Duration Record) of all the Servers to check the server functionality at every half an hour. Also, performed test calls on the servers to ensure the best quality of voice
Monitoring the Signaling link of all the Local, Nationwide and International links. Also, Check the MGWs to just ensure the smooth operation throughout the network of LDI Department

Job responsibilities includes:

Online Technical Support to DSL and Data center corporate clients
Manage and Monitor Data Center with different international and local clients
POP support for AT&T co-location in Pakistan
Monitoring of links via NMS and whole operation of ISP and Data center
Provides trouble tickets to AT&T leased line circuits and coordinate with the concerned authorities to resolve their issues
Technical coordination with Last Mile Service Providers for troubleshooting
Provide L2/L3 Support for all the customers of Expereo International in Pakistan
Assist Data Center clients in their activities
Good hands on experience on Routing, Switching. Sound understanding of network topologies, protocols, tools, Layer 3 technologies like IP Addressing and Subnet, Supernat, NAT/PAT, DNS etc
