I am humanitarian and development professional with above 13 years of commitment to the achievement of community support and development objectives specializing in the Sector of Education, Emergency Response, WASH, Agriculture, youth and Women empowerment. My experience covers a wide range of context including acute and protected emergencies/ recovery/ transition/rehabilitation and sustainable development. I am strong in the areas of leading diversified teams, organizational management and leadership, participatory monitoring and evaluation, human resource and financial management for Non-profit settings. I have wrote and won a variety of proposals for donors like USAID, GIZ, Foreign Missions and UN Agencies for development and humanitarian projects.
