Verifying all the Inspections as per Standard, Specifications and Customer’s need. Responsible for all Quality Control activities for the allotted Process. On-Floor surveillance to check the Process work and give comments if necessary, according to standard & specification. Taking immediate remedial to clear inspection .Ensure Raw Material Testing and prepare Test Report. Ensure Conductor Resistance Testing during process. Ensure Spark Testing of Cable during Production. Ensure Insulation Resistance (I.R) Testing of Cable. Ensure High Voltage Testing (H.V.T) of Cable. Keep Reports and documentation of all inspection activities
