• Call, Arrange Interviews and also a member of the interviewers
• Prepare information about the new employees
• Upload attendance of the own station and other 4 Regional Offices (Lahore, Islamabad, Multan and Hyderabad)
• Prepare information for salary and Pay Roll (Finance) Department, make sure correctness of the payroll after issuing from Finance Department
• Prepare information for issuing of Employee’s ID Cards to their related department
• Make decision for the monthly leave adjustment of employees
• Solve the problems of the employee relating to their job
• Maintain employee Personal files after approval
• Responsible for Daily IN/OUT & circulation of Attendance sheet to department’s Heads.
• Employee’s leave adjustments
• Verification of Overtime
• Preparation of Payroll
• Verification of employees deduction (Loan, Canteen, Monthly Advance)
• Coordination with Vender (Attendance /Payroll software) for customization of reports as per Management requirements.
• Prepare & maintain information for Employees Increment & Bonus
• Prepare & maintain information for Employees leave encashment
• Personal file data archiving
