• Dealing with PESSI & EOBI cases of employees
• Handling employee Loan / Advances and Final Settlement cases
• Maintain a healthy work environment for smooth functioning of compliance activities
• Arrange various training programs & employee counselling sessions for audit requirements
- Liaison with different departments for Policy Implementation & Information Circulation
- Payroll and Overtime Processing on Oracle
- Manage and update Employee Database regularly
- Handle social security and EOBI matters of employees
- Deal with disciplinary actions & grievances of employees
- Process the final settlement cases of resigned / terminated employees
-Perform an active role of HR Business Partner and stay connected with all the departments to
get involved into the Implementation Phase of the Organization
- Coordinate in the Recruitment & Selection process of New Hiring
- Actively involved in Database Management and Payroll Processing on SAP
- Coordinate for handling various Employee Benefits at Employee Facilitation Center
- Introducing and Implementing CSR Initiatives to fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility
- Coordinate to arrange different Training Programs and Motivational Sessions for employees
- Organize employee engagement activities and update Job Descriptions of HR & Admin staff
