To recruiting staff, this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting candidates before final interview.
To maintain and update manpower budgets of all sites.
To timely prepare head count & related reconciliation sheets and submit to Manager HR.
To monitor attendance and payroll procedure and prepare payroll of assigned projects.
To coordinate with health and life insurance departments for renewals and claim settlement.
Handling all coordination with Social Security Department in Punjab, Sindh, Balouchistan and Khyber PakhtunKhawa to provide the employees with Medical facility around the country.
Handling all coordination with EOBI Department of Govt. of Pakistan to facilitate the employees with Pensions related issues and other benefits.
To ensure timely processing of employee loans and compliance with all policies and procedures.
