30 years plus professional experience including 17 years Banking Experience in Consumer and Legal Recovery Department.
Currently I am working in Bank Alfalah as a Manager Recovery Secured and Unsecured for whole Central Unit since Dec-2022.
I am handling the Legal Portfolio as well from the suit filing till execution of decreed cases of Lahore, Okara, Sahiwal and Sialkot.
Prior to joining the Bank Alfalah I was working with MCB in Special Asset Management (Consumer and Legal Recovery Department since Sep-2013 till Nov-2022.
I have started my banking career back in 2007 with ABN AMRO Bank, Lahore as a Collection Officer, later I moved to Recovery Department and continued to work in same organization with different names of RBS Bank and Faysal Bank till 2012.
I have joined MCB in September 2013 as a Recovery Officer as an OSP. I was promoted to Unsecured Recovery Supervisor in 2017 and awarded as Best Employee of the month in June-2017. I was elevated as OG-II directly from OSP. I have been awarded Employee of the month award again in Jun-2019.
I am a flexible team player and able to work independently as well. I am well aware of emerging technologies and can handle the challenges quiet normally.

Manager Recovery Central Region
I am practically working as a Regional Manager Recovery Secured, Unsecured and Auto Loan at Bank Alfalah Lahore since December 2022 but my HR designation is Assistant Manager Recovery, Central in a cadre of AVP-I. I have a good record of achieving the maximum Recovery number in December 2022 which was never achieved before. I am dealing with Credit Card, Amex Card, Personal Loan, Auto Loan and Home Loan. I am also heading the Execution Team of Bank Alfalah as well. I have been assigned an additional task of Admin Manager and I am doing my both assignments very well.
Assistant Manager Recovery
Working as a Regional Manager Recovery Secured and Unsecured at Bank Alfalah Lahore since Dec-2022. I am handling the Credit Card portfolio of 1.13 Billion and 400 Millions of Personal Loan with a team of 30 people. I am taking care of Lahore and it\'s surroundings along with Sahiwal, Harrapa, Okara, Depalpur, Renala and Pattoki area.
I am extracting 6 Million Recovery of Personal Loan and 5.1 Million Recovery from Credit Card every month. These figures were almost half before my joining in Bank Alfalah Lahore.

Heading the Recovery team of 9 person including the Sialkot and Okara region. Also dealing the Execution of decreed cases of my team.

Handled the Unsecured Pool of Credit Card Personal Loan & Auto Loan.
