Here my work is divided in two parts.
Working as a cost controller.
For this I will travel to different sites of business where an operational activity actually runs.
The main work here is to make budgets and standard as a basses for consumption of materials.
Record and analyses of the Person on Board how many are working and to make some changes in standard if required.
I record the material usage and issuance.
Calculate total material cost.
Record labor cost.
Calculate per person material and Labor cost.
Calculate per meal cost.
Calculation of material usage and material price variances.
Calculation of labor variances.
Taking of Physical count of inventory time to time.

Working as a risk analyst.
For this I will first analyze the working environment and identify the areas of risk.
Make the planning and write the points where the areas of risk should be high.
Record the risk if any such as
Risk of over issuance of materials.
Risk of theft and Risk of spoilage of materials.
Risk of wastage of prepared food and recording of such wastage by taking weight if any.
Take some measures regarding mitigation of risk if any.

TO 6 months

Joined as Management Trainee Officer in Finance Department on 10th,September, 15.
Super Tech Auto Parts is a authorized vendor of parts of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki pak motorcycles.
The company use SAP and ORACLE software.
My working is as follows.
Calculation regarding,
Material price, usage and product.
Labor rate and cost per unit of product. Labor efficiency.
Machine capacity product.
Over head costs per over all and per unit of product.
Allocation of over head costs to product.

Working regarding IMPORTS on SAP and Oracle.
1. Preparing of Purchase orders.
2. Making of Goods Receiving Note.
3. Making of Payment Invoices of Imports.
4. Recording of outgoing payments on SAP and Oracles.
5. Analyzing and recording of overall cost of import leaving unrecoverable taxes.
6. Making of final total cost of Import as Landed cost.

Other Working.
• Making of payment Purchase orders, Goods receiving Note, payment Invoices.
• Recording of payments made on SAP and Oracle.
• Making of Sales Invoices.
• Auditing (physical inventory count) of Raw Materials, Work in Process and Finished Goods.
