Pervez Ali Memon started his career level from 2010 in development sector. He started work from MDC as a Social Mobilizer, it was purely field level work. Therefore, he has a good experience to work at rural areas. he has also got a good experience in mobilization and social appraisal. After that he worked in different projects, like, Senses Form of School, Initial Survey of Schools, capacity building, SMC Mobilization, SMC Trainings, EGRA+EGMA Assessment, Teaching Learning Associate at SRP Project, on different positions. he has worked with International, National and Sindh level organizations. he is aware of their work setup and background information that how does NGOs work.
He has the experience of work with Sindh Reading Program. He worked with Tele Taleem Company as a District Field Coordinator (DFC) according Soft Ware Application of Assessment of SRP, he is Expert in Application Software in Tablets which are used during the Assessment. Tool Expertise and Guide to TLAs according Tools and Monitor Assessment Activity on Tablets. During affiliation with MDC. he is under the capacity of Teaching Learning Associates (TLA) in Sindh Reading Program. During this program he was responsible to work with teachers to facilitate them according lesson planning, Class observation, conduct learning circle and collective meeting. he worked as an Enumerator in EGRA/ EGMA Assessment in this program. During affiliation with MDC,he is under the capacity of Social Mobilizer and he is responsible for monitoring and evaluation exercises with all aspects of the program implementation and facilitate to the teachers for realization of fill the forms and outcomes, to provide timely and relevant analysis and recommendations to the Teachers. During affiliation with MDC. he was under the capacity of Investigator, in this project he was responsible for, supervision of interventions and implementations, planning and negotiation of project activities, considering different approaches.
