Managing all domestic and international arrivals and departures. Handling check-in counters, kiosks including visa profiling, passport verification, tagging passenger’s check in luggage, attending boarding lounges and boarding gates for the settlement of passengers and observing the activities and working of crew, engineers, cleaners on aircraft Listening and sorting out every passenger\'s problems. Managing airline delay flights, passenger\'s aggression and accommodating them accordingly.
