I am currently working as Chief Financial Officer in Ashar International (Pvt.) Ltd. Ashar’ International is Textile export oriented company situated in Faisalabad and its annual export is more than 1,000 million per year. They have Online DYS-Solutions ERP system.

My responsibilities include

Taxation Responsibilities
To Manage Tax department to make sure that all the income tax and sales tax returns are properly filed and submitted. I pursue all the notices of FBR and present personally for cases.

Accounting Responsibilities
My responsibility is to make sure all entries are properly recorded and payments are approved. Books of accounts prepare true information to the directors. Proper Financial statements are prepared, audited and submitted to SECP.

Finance Responsibilities
To manage finance and fulfill company liquidity requirements, for this purpose to fulfill State bank and SECP requirements. To fulfill State bank export performance requirements, attend cases at state bank regarding overdue payments. I also manage that no loans get overdue and timely payments are made. I manage State bank Part 1 and part 2 loans, FAPC and other loan requirements.

Responsibility as System Developer and control establishment
I develop different policies and procedures to perform the company functions smoothly. For this purpose, I redesigned job responsibilities and develop policies and work flow routes to automate work and avoid delays recommend different control policies and procedures in consultation with Internal Audit department.

To Lead store and Purchase department
As Chief Financial Officer my responsibilities also include to have control over Store department and Purchase department and resolve their issues.

I haved worked as Manager accounts and taxation at Madinah group of industry a large taxpayer manufacturing company.
It includes OIl and Refinery with Brand Name Kisan Ghee and Cooking oil, Madina Sugar mill, Madina Steel Mill, University of Faisalabad and Chennel 92.
My main responsibility was in Faisalabad Oil Refinery. I independent handled all matters at Refinery. I was handling all Taxation and accounting, and Financial Matters.
In Taxation, I was leading team of three people and making sure all sales tax and income tax returns are submitted timely and accurately, All the Callahan and statements are submitted and tax audits are properly handled. I personalty reply all querries of FBR, SECP and Statebank.
In accounting, I provide my services in leading team of 12 people and making sure all ledgers are upto date, reconciled with parties, its free from errors and frauds and proper books of accounts are prepared. I prepare monthly reports, budgets and annual Financial Statements.
In Fnance I deal with all banks and fulfill company financial requirements through loans and financial arrangements.

Manager Accounts, Finance and Taxation
I have worked at Hilal Dyes and Chemical as Manager Accounts and Taxation. I was independently handling all accounting and Taxation matters at the Chemical Company. I also developed system and provided SOPs and internal controls.
I handled all the communications with FBR, SECP and accounting requirements of SECP and ICAP.

At Zahid Jamil & Co I have worked as Audit Trainee and promoted to Audit supervisor. I have worked in many big firms and got knowledge of Audit, taxation and Internal Audit. I also completed assignments of system development for clients. I also completed many book keeping assignments for clients for Tax purposes.
