i.      (Between Jan, 2019 – 29 Feb, 2020) – I was giving consultancy service to Advanced Marketing Systems (AMS) (“Service Provider”) having its office at 7775 South Hill Drive, Littleton Colorado, USA 80120.


ii.      (Between Feb, 2017 – Dec, 2018) – I was self employed.


iii.      (Between Feb, 2014 – Jan, 2017) – I was doing job with “ChinaTown Restaurant and Jade Cafe” a Chinese Food Restaurant (www.facebook.com/chinatownlahore), based at Lahore as Admin, HR, QA and HACCP Manager, having Head Office at Islamabad.


iv.      (Between Oct, 2010 – Jan, 2014) – I was doing job with “Land O’Lakes, Inc.” (www.idd.landolakes.com) as Office and Administration Assistant based in Head Office Lahore, on United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) funded Project “Food for Education” implemented in Jacobabad, Sindh.


v.      (Between Feb – Sep, 2010) – I was handling operations of “Jassar Farms (Private) Limited” (www.jassarfarms.com) as Operations Officer; this project is funded by “Acumen Fund”.

Activities related to QA (Quality Assurance) are:-
Monitoring all operations that affect to quality related matters. Supervise and provide assistance for filling QA related documents. Draft all QA documents for staff as well as management. Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, systems, flowcharts, checklists, and JDs. Periodically review current standards and policies.

Activities related to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) are:-
Review all Critical Control Points (CCP) monitoring and verification records to ensure compliance with HACCP critical limits and frequencies, as required by the HACCP plan. Make proper arrangements for fumigation spray of all areas of the restaurant and café, on weekly basis. Develop and implement training plans for HACCP.
