As a contractor my Job Responsibilities are below

• Collaborate with Zaara Communication & Commtel to develop the data center electrical designs starting basis of design (BOD) to issue for constructions at (DRC) for new data center projects build outs and major infrastructure upgrades.
• Own and managed all power system issues during concept design, detailed design, procurement, bidding, manufacturing, delivery, and installation on site; Identify and resolve issues raised by the cross functional teams and various external stakeholders.
• Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
• Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract Administer sub contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
• Daily walk-through of Facility documenting parameters at Disaster Recovery Center Hyderabad, such as power availability, of Bio-metric system, CCTV, temperature, humidity & alarm status, etc. to be cataloged and compared for identification of discrepancies and trends.
• Conduct daily power distribution system reading & perform individual circuit reading using ammeter.
• Performs maintenance and service repairs on critical Data Center Systems (UPS, PDU, Diesel Generators, ATS equipment and Building Controls, Chillers, CRAH,ETC), as well as all industrial electrical equipment and systems that include power distribution components/wiring, electronic components and lighting systems throughout the disaster recovery center Hyderabad, to ensure efficient operation and adherence with relevant codes.
• Respond to contingencies to ensure restoration of system operations in the event of components or systems malfunction.
• Trouble-shoot electrical systems & components when faults occurs to ensure continues operations

 Detailed knowledge and maintenance of gas fired boilers, gas generators, gas turbines, air compressors, caustic recovery plant (CRP), reverse osmosis (R.O) and water softening plants and also its auxiliaries.● Managing the efficient utilization of Waste Heat Recovery systems and better process control at all stages.● Monitor and analyse energy consumption● Manage and evaluate process safety of all equipment’s.● Conduct safety trainings to ensure zero accident and zero loss time incident and case.● Identify potential safety hazards and perform root cause analysis to mitigate risks. ● Survey the line processes and perform regular safety audits.● Waste Water Treatment through RO Plant.● Deal with the regulatory bodies for compliance of health & safety systems.● Inspect or monitor energy systems, including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or day lighting systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings● Review architectural, mechanical, or electrical plans and specifications to evaluate energy efficiency or determine economic, service, or engineering feasibility.● Raising awareness at all levels of organization, about conservation techniques and efficient utilization● Responsible for managing Health & Safety operations of utility department and ensure its compliance as per company policy.
