o    Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the level one and level two issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as laptops and PCs, MacBook, Mac pro, iMac etc.
o    Installing and up grading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems
o    Providing complete support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops Resolving network related issues
o    Coordinating with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreements ,  warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same
o    Supporting and assisting colleagues and working with other support groups and vendors for solving level two issues
