• Ensuring that the record of the customer is accurate and updated.
• Supervision of Posting vendors Invoices/ Purchases Invoices.
• Coordination with Stores for Delivery of Goods.
• Coordination with vendors for Negotiation & Local procurement purchases Invoices.
• Cross Checking of Purchase order with GRN outwards & inwards.
• Checking of Proper filing of all Documents.
• Producing information and helping to management in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Closing Entries for final Accounts.

 Issuing payment voucher and receipt voucher of the client.
 Issuing sale invoices for every client.
 Recording sale,receipt,disbursement and bank transaction using excel.
 Ensuring that the record of the customer is accurate and updated.
 Preparing deposit slip /cheques for banking transactions.
 Preparing payroll every month.
 Monitoring of advances of employees for payroll deduction.
 Incharge of the monthly bank reconciliation.
 Monitoring the expenses for proper recording as per period or transaction related.
 Monitoring and ensuring that all the vehicles of the company are in good condition.
 Collection of cheques from the clients.
 Producing and preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
