Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stocks in the warehouse.

Responsible for ensuring 100 accuracy in stock at warehouse.

Monitor and maintain finished goods stock at warehouse with minimum loss/damages.

Timely reporting and reporting of the damaged stock.

Ensure daily cycle as well as monthly stock count of finished goods.

Ensure safety and security of warehouse with the help of administration.

On job training of Warehouse staff.

Maintain proper documentations and records making monthly progress report.

To ensure all Stores activities are carried smoothly.

Maintain better relationships with dealers, sale and service team.

Ensure proper delivery/dispatch to dealers with zero loss.

Responsible for accurate planning of vehicle trips to the markets.

Feed data in Oracle wherever required.

Ensure warehouse is properly cleaned and housekeeping is maintained as per standards

Payment of all utility bills for their respective location

Coordinate all stock receipts and dispatches for & from Warehouse.

Handle in order to receive Invoices, their printing and arranging their stocks accordingly.

Handle all complaints related to damaged/ missing/ lost stocks and resolve these in consultation with the transporter.
Inventory Management and Warehousing
Maintain the Warehouse in accordance with stocks/ stacking/ issue and receipt etc.

Remain responsible for the Warehouse staff/ laborers/ safety and security of Warehouse.

Responsible for the office management, office equipment, correspondence, cleanliness and upkeep of the Warehouse.
Responsible for the Report & Returns, periodical sheet of Warehouse equipment, updating the existing stocks.

Responsible for the annual stock taking of the Warehouse equipment/ stocks.

Responsible for the periodical audit of Warehouse stocks.

Maintain discipline, leave and other requirements of the staff.

Responsible for Product availability on time on External warehouses .

Responsible to execute the Goods on time .

Supply of Finished Goods and Raw Materials to customer and External Plants spread all over Pakistan, freight calculation of and process of freight bills.

Ensure day to day safe, steady and efficient operation.

Report to Director Operations in the preparation of Transaction plans and its successful implementation
Liaison with Sales ,Material Management and Director Operations to meet dispatch Plans.

Prepare and submit budgetary proposals for efficient run of the section.

Allocations / shipments against Pending orders from customer all over Pakistan.

Manage the entire operation of sourcing, handling and utilization of all direct/indirect materials.

To purchase the required materials at minimum possible prices by following the prescribed purchase policies and encouraging healthy competition.

Achieve high inventory turnover i.e. to meet materials requirement of the organization by keeping .
