• Managing O&M of more than 1700 Sites
• Managing all issues related Telco, Non-Telco, Fueling & Security
• Looking over Telco SPMS and FLM NOC and all their activities.
• Managing Quality issue resolution on daily basis and within SLA.
• H/W requirement fulfillment for Quality cases
• Managing FLM and Security Subcon.
• Meeting with FLM and Security Subcon on weekly basis about different ongoing issues
• FSR Reconciliation with Subcon on Monthly Basis
• Taking up problematic sites regarding fuel and Power theft with Security Subcon
• Fuel Move Plan accomplishment and sharing its progress with Customer
• Daily Fuel Report sharing with Customer
• Maintaining of Fuel Fleet Cards , its availability in all regions
• Faulty Alarms Report shared with RMS POC on weekly basis for Rectification
• Fuel outages analysis basis wrt (Fuel Theft, Low Allocation etc.)
• Performing analysis over Fueling wrt RMS both ZTE and Innexive
• Fuel LD Report with HQ and FLM (Fake FSR, Red Handed Fuel Theft Cases, T-Prime , Faulty Alarms , Fuel In Hand)

• Network operations Managed services Telenor project North region, Responsible for handling the BSS & Power infrastructure operations & Maintenance of Telenor Pakistan\'s network which incorporated:
• Managing more than 1500 sites with 44 Telco & Non-Telco teams in 19 sub regions handling network infrastructure
• Managing NOC team for 24/7 Network monitoring
• Managing Back office team for Quality assurance and customer complaints regarding Network KPI degradation.
• Implementation of network infrastructure projects
• Threat management and network security incidents
• Managing MW Transmission team ensuring MW links stability as per link budget
• Managing sites refueling services
• Ensuring HSSC compliance of all the teams
• Network inventory and lifecycle management
• Network performance, configuration alarm management

• Managing more than 1400 sites of N-II.
• Managing Telco, Non-Telco, Refueling, NOC, BO, RMS, Quality and other issues of N-II.
• Ensuring Quality of delivery to the customer with available resource.
• Ensuring the target TCH availability and other targets.
• Managing PM plan for Telco, non-Telco of BSC, BTS & Core locations for complete N2 region.
• Managing the operational efficiency of Fuel saving gadgets installed in the Network.
• Coordination with the customer ZTE/TP regional level & Vendor toward the strategic objectives of the Project.

• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.
• Managing all types of ‘O & M’ Activities for 1200 BTS sites (ZTE SDR, Nokia Ultrasite & Flexi), 8 BSC locations & 3 MGW Locations in North Region of Pakistan.
• Responsible for MW Transmission, Network Availability and Visibility as Per SLA of more than 1000 site’s MW Links including SDH, PDH, X-PIC and with Packet Radio Transmission.
• Trouble shooting of all types of Alarms (BTS and MW) and Customer Complaints within agreed SLA in co-ordination with Field Teams
• Managing all types of activities and outage analysis of NEC (iPaso link, Paso link NEO)
• Monitoring Networks through Network Management System (NMS/NOC)
• 24/7 support to field teams on all microwave related outages(Configuration of IDU, Vlan addition, Microwave link configuration
• Microwave product feature implementation(Xpic, RTA , AMR, Firmware up gradation etc)
• Managing all departments for daily O&M activities like BSS, Security, P&I and Fueling
• Meeting with Customer on daily basis to discuss Network situation and outages
• Keeping Telenor Network round the clock by keeping due coordination between client and Managed Services Vendors (Security, Fueling and P&I Sub-cons)
• Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of BTS, BSC’s and Media Gateway Locations.
• Leading a team of Technical Engineers, mentoring and developing the staff technically and supporting them in their personal development
• Maintaining TCH Reports on daily basis
• Responsible for all kind MW Outages, Hardware Related Issues, Product Feature Implementations and Behavior.
• Escalation and Notification for Trouble Shooting of unresolved issues to SLM and follow up\'s till resolution
• Organizing weekly meetings with team
• Working on the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sheets and Network Overview Reports (NOR) on daily basis.

• Troubleshooting Of Quality Alarms, KPI & Worst Cell Issues i-e Antenna Connection Faulty, down Sites
• Resolving all types of Alarms affecting the Quality of Network. Such as Antenna connection faulty, Difference in Rx level, Low Mean Holding Time, RRU Link Broken, RRU Internal fault etc.
• Performing Rectification of Quality Alarms, KPI Issues & Worst Cells On BTS Sites.
• Hardware Configuration, Traffic Allocation At Abis Interface & EDGE Implementation, E1 Sharing & Troubleshooting Of Power Related Issues.
• Responsible For Fault Handling Of Environmental Alarms.
• Rectification of External alarms.
• Frequent On Site Visits During Installation Phase Of New Sites ,In Order To Keep Necessary Quality Checks
• Maintaining more than 1000 sites for Telenor in N-II region
• Working on Net Act, Net numen, Go Global (NEC I PASO), RMS software for back office support to FPs.
• Resolving all types of Alarms affecting the Quality of Network. Such as Antenna connection faulty, Difference in Rx level, Low Mean Holding Time, RRU Link Broken, RRU Internal fault etc.
• Responsible for Complex /Simple TRX Expansions

• Maintenance of sites, doing the PM (Preventive maintenance) of site on monthly basis and CM (Corrective maintenance) of site on priority basis including media problems, Microwave, TRX cards , Power issues and rectifier problems.
• Microwave installation, Commissioning, Media E1 patching, Alarm patching.
• Complete site Installation, Micro and Macro BTS.
• Monthly PM of site which includes
• BTS/Node B System Maintenance
• Transmission System Maintenance
• UPS/DC System Maintenance
• Battery Bank/Rectifier Module System Maintenance
• Shelter/Equipment Room Maintenance
• Antenna/Feeder System Maintenance
• Earthling System Maintenance.
