Configuring and administrating Virtual machines using Hyper-V
Monitoring network performance through various tools and utilities: Cacti, MRTG, Ping etc.
 Prepare analytical reports for executive/auditors & performing research, based on, criteria provided by the management.
Managing of IT and non-IT inventory and providing technical support more than 200+ workstations.

Install and configure Computer Hardware, Operating system and applications.
Perform networking configuration of Routers, switches and access points in LAN.
Maintains inventory record of IT equipment in Institute.
Arrange Multimedia Conference availability for the online Lectures from other institutes.
Troubleshooting and Installation of Network and LaserJet Printers.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
