Assist NSM for daily sales operations task.  Coordinate with Sales team for daily sales and update in sales dashboard.  Coordinate with Clients for Stock, Claims and other operational issues.  Coordinate with Clients to back check of daily sales from sales team.  Coordinate with Clients for delivery of stock & Primary Orders.  Follow up with Clients for payment against Primary orders.  Coordinate with Clients for confirmation of Claim expenses against Promotions & Rentals.  Responsible for sales analysis of nationwide, region wise, category wise, sku wise, Shop wise and other deep dive by using MS excel & Power BI for data visualization.  Responsible to use SQL & Tableaue for big data (year wise past sales) for analysis and also for online sales via social media.  Develop recommendation in the basis of analysis to drive engagement with end users.  Responsible to create Visualization that elegantly represents complex sales data.  Responsible for making sales report in which analysis & forecasting can be made. 

Working at “UNILEVER Lahore Regional sales office” in Modern trade channel with Key Account manager and Brand Teams for sales analysis on MS excel & Power BI.  Extensive use of Qlik view, Power BI,& MS Excel for sales analysis and sales dashboard.  Assist Kay Account Manager-LMT Nationwide for sales & consumer promotion.  Assist KAM-LMT for in store activity planning e.g. Mother’s Day, valentine Day, Eid days, Ramzan Month etc.  Prepare results of in store activities on MS EXCEL, MS PPT and present to Channel Manager for Business Analysis and forecasting.  Coordinate with TSM’s for in-store events and sales promotion (Both Push & Pull).   Market visits to ensure visibility (OSA, SOS etc.) of all brand categories and report to KAM-LMT.   Managing sales related events including modern trade schemes.  Proactively explore customer data in an effort to discover previously hidden insights and develop new relevant metrics and reporting dashboard by using Qlik View , MS Excel, Power BI .  Part of promotions for new LMT& interface Stores.   Responsible for all sales operations (in supermarket/LMT Channel) nationwide.  Responsible for sales analysis of nationwide, region wise, category wise, sku wise, pop wise and others deep dive.  Develop market research results for new SKU on MS excel for making better decisions for future.
