Ensure that schools in the cluster continue to deliver quality education. 
Regularly visit schools for monitoring and support as per agreed frequency, with more focus on struggling schools. 
Works with DM to plan for improvement for all schools, remediation of underperforming schools and Teachers capacity development. 
Works with the DM to ensure provision of timely and adequate academic resources and supplies including textbooks, teacher guides, supplementary materials, printed stationery, etc. for schools.
Work with the principals to develop annual School Improvement Plans; and support and monitor for effective implementation. 
Support principals in organizing, conducting and recording details of all activities and events as per academic calendar. 
Ensure that all assessments activities for students as well as staff is organized and conducted in a transparent and fair manner. 
Timely record school related reports and observations.

• Receive induction training on SRP Formative Assessment
• Cascade/Lead training sessions for classroom teachers on ICT-based Formative Assessment
• Ensure that the classroom teachers develop needed skills to conduct monthly formative assessment in their classroom
• Provide guidance and supervision during data collection/formative assessment and
• Cloud assessment data on regular basis during schools’ visits
• Support the data collection process and provide ongoing troubleshooting support

• Observe and assist GTs in 1) Pre/post school visits, 2) Lesson Plan observations and 3) providing support to struggling students
• Prepare and conduct tablet-based Formative Assessment (FA) every second month
• Share FA results with GTs, Teachers, DFP, TEOs and DEOs
• Collect teacher and student data as guided by SRP M&E team
• Facilitate and support GTs in conduction of monthly cluster based review, planning and refresher meeting of teachers
• Provide technical support to GTs for managing his/her duties as teachers in his/her absence from schools for 8 days in month
