I am a Textile graduate from Indus University and completed MBA (Masters of Business Administration) in Supply Chain Management from Iqra University. Moreover, I am a Textile expert with deep knowledge and having 15 years of rich experience. I am a critical thinker, work on innovative and challenging projects as per the business requirement. Having working exposure of different Textile Industries . Currently working on leading position in Research and Development department at Midas Safety Inc. Where I am completely responsibile of all type developments including Technical Textiles, Fibers, Yarns, knitting, Weaving, Dyeing, Special finishes, Recycle materials focusing required properties whether it is customer requirement or to fulfill market gap to capture the orders like cut resistance, fire resistance, moisture management, Oil/Water repellency etc. Diversified products developer including Gloves, Appron, T-Shirts, Sleeves, Leather products and so on. Leading high value projects driven by top management related to cost saving, and capacity enhancement, Business development, People skills development. Deputy Manager Operations
Completely responsible of Knitting, Cutting and TPR department production compliances against plan.
Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure timely material arrangement.
Coordination with quality department for incoming material inspection on time and on product inspection

· Close coordination with sales team locally and globally (Canada, USA and Europ).
· Responsible to launch new product to enhance business top line value.
· Export data analysis and explore new business opportunities out of it.
· Thoroughly review competitors/customers websites and identify the products which can be made at our unit and share with factory/sales in presntation form.
· Lead cost saving projecs using different techniques, using economical materials, Automation, or elimination of non value adding processes.
· Lead properties enhancement projects in existing products in order to increase product cycle.
· Conduct factory level training on technical topic.
· Public speaking once in a week on HSE relted topics.
· Conduct Management Safety audit twice in amonth.
· Innovations in new products and technical fabrics using the new fibers and new finishes to get the desire properties like cut resistant, fire retardant, puncture resistant, moisture management, high heat resistant, abrasion resistant, water repellent, anti-static, arc flash, etc.. .
· Weekly prsentation with GM for the projects updates and future business planning.
