Job Description:
Repairing and maintaining seismic sensors, including various models like SG-10, SGH-10, SG-5, JF-20DX, and Hydrophone ZF-25-14A.
Operating, overseeing production, troubleshooting, and upgrading the 508XT System and associated ground electronics.
Managing LVL, Up-Hole, and Downhole Data Acquisition processes.
Ensuring optimal condition and adherence to technical specifications of ground electronics pre and post-operation.
Engaging in 2D drafting for new camp construction and resolving electrical system technical issues.
Developing a comprehensive plan for recording crew equipment repair and maintenance to enhance production rates efficiently.
Coordinating with vendor technical support teams for equipment enhancements and prompt issue resolution.
Initiating and coordinating PR/PO processes using SAP inventory management software.
Compiling annual Apex and Capex budget proposals for the department.
Electrical Engineer
Perform routine tests, such as short circuit, no load, TTR, etc., on transformers and prepare corresponding documentation.
Conduct sampling tests, including oil tests, bird protection tests, etc., on transformers and prepare corresponding documentation.
Accompany clients during inspections and prepare all technical reports necessary for inspection.
Calculate cost estimates for new projects and bidding.
Conduct accuracy tests on each energy meter in a given P/O.
Perform all required routine and sampling tests (inclusive of approximately 60 different types of tests) of the energy meter.
Conduct prototype tests (inclusive of approximately 80 different types of tests) to obtain approval for new designs.
Ensure client acceptance during inspections.
