Implement TB Control Program, Public Private Mix Model (PPM) at the district level under the umbrella of Provincial TB Control Program (PTP), Mercy Corps (MC) And Association For community Development (ACD).Supervise the quality diagnostic & treatment of all type TB Cases through private health facilities under the guidance and support of  Principal Recipient (PR) Mercy Corps and Sub- Recipient Association For community Development (ACD).Ensure the Registration of All Types TB Cases through Private Health Facilities and notify the Principal Recipient and Provincial & National TB Control Program  PTP/NTP through MIS/ Electronic Reporting System and DHIS.Supervise the effective screening of Presumptive TB Cases through microscopy and Xpert testing at the district level.Support in Implementation  and Monitoring of effective utilisation Recording and Reporting (RR) tools in TB Management.Drive Stop TB partnership campaigns with communities, District Health authorities, Doctors, Paramedics and relevant stakeholders to enhance awareness.

 Ensuring involvement of youth in project design, delivery and
monitoring.
 Facilitate youth Lead organizations (YLOs) & Disable Persons
Organizations (DPOs) to enhance awareness around Reproductive Health rights,
Child Labor & gender mainstreaming with aims to support them in
strengthening the referrals to RAHNUMA Family Health Model
Clinics, Youth resource centers and youth help lines for mental &
physical health support.
 Lead capacity building & awareness raising around Life Skill Based
Education (LSBE), Protection from Sexual & Gender Based
Violence (SGBV) and Social & behavior Change Communication.
 Designing & Implementation of seminars, awareness sessions and
mobilizations related initiatives with community partners, Public & Private Health Providers  &
Educational Institutions at the cluster level.
 Data recording & reporting around project indicators including
monitoring & evaluation of youth led interventions.

• Carrying out direct & indirect field research in accordance with the principles of research methodology in support of the project “accountable & transparent elections in Pakistan”.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly Project quantitative & qualitative progress reports & chronicles.
• Carrying out Networking, liaison & dialogues with District Election Commission, District political Parties, Media, Education Department, Judiciary Religious Minorities, CBOs, excluded groups and implementation partners/staff in support of project interventions.
• Carrying out Focus Group Discussion (FGDs), Semi Structure interview (SSI) and coordination meetings with targeted stakeholders at the district level.
• Monitoring & Evaluation of Project activities/interventions, Support field visits to oversee project implementation.

•As a Master trainer carried out staff & community partner’s capacity building on Advocacy, Gender roles, Gender Roadmap, Peacebuilding, women’s safe political participation, strengthening of Parent Teacher Committees (PTCs), Community participation & oversight in improved educational & health facilities, Complaint handling & demand articulation and Monitoring & Evaluation.• Established & capacitated Youth Groups/youth Circles at district & Provincial level and facilitated trainings & dialogues at district & Provincial level on the Gender roles, Multiple Identities, Women political Participation, Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAW&G), implementation of laws on forced marriage and customary practices. •Engaged educational institutions, schools & universities students in capacity building initiatives through engaging them in painting competitions, speeches, dialogues and extra-curricular activities.• Ensured timely, informative and accurate reporting (FGDs, SSI, data collection, village profile, Cluster training, follow up meetings, capacity initiatives beyond the scope, as per project SOPs: weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.•Established community institutions and women-friendly centers at the district level with the name of Aawaz Aagahi Centers and equipped them to provide information on existing laws, rights, and information about public sector services and capacitate them for networking.• Established, Capacitated and driven women assemblies at district level and engaged them with GLAs, legal experts, Legislatures and different institutions to cope with Gender-based violence, created enabling environment to ensure safe women political participation.•Enhanced networking & liaison with stakeholders/ departments i-e Education, Health, NADRA, District Election Commission, Social Welfare and CBOs to ensure effective implementation of program interventions. •Facilitated Organizational & Donors M& E team’s in midterm reviews and Data quality assessments.
