Preparation of project winning Techno-commercial project proposals by working closely with clients and providing them with technically and budgetary sound solution.
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of receiving, warehousing, distribution and returns operations by initiating operational and personnel policies and procedures in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and logistics partners
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis and presentations.
Maintaining spare parts inventories by identifying critical spares and planning and forecasting its requirement in coming years.
Managing project budgets and scheduling of department man-hours. Supervise and monitor staff to ensure that engineering packages are completed on time and within budget.
Regularly review and revise plans throughout the year as necessary for PM activity, department scheduling and training.
Internal Auditor of plant to carry out compliance of ISO standards: OHSAS 18001, QMS 9001, EMS 14001 & IMS.

Thoroughly planned training at 6 X 120 MW Steam Turbine plant so as to cover all departments, entire plant cycle and plant operations.

Analyzing and Preparing Risk Assessments.

Assist overhauling of steam turbines, service and instrument air compressors during shutdown 2014

Training, learning and detailed report compiling at Overhauling of GE Frame 9 Gas Turbine during Annual outage Feb-2015 of BQPS-2 Combine Cycle Power Plant- 560 MW

Provision of after sales support to a number of Caterpillar customers throughout the region having diesel & gas generators and earth moving machines.

Locate or promote potential business deals by contacting potential business partners.

Settlement of taxes, invoice and financial issues of customers from finance department and clearance of backlog.
