Since 2013, I have worked on several development projects for Pakistan's underprivileged and marginalized population. Being a part of the development sector, I had the opportunity to work with prestigious organizations such as Hashoo Foundation as a social mobilizer, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as a community youth facilitator, Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) as a Project Officer. Additionally, I have worked with Research and Development Solutions (RADS) as a social organizer for their different projects. Currently, I am working with the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS) as a Field Coordinator.

Field Coordinator
Project - To understand the impact of sustained quality education on female empowerment and on shifting social norms.
Managing a team of interviewers in the field, including areas of Punjab (Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Sahiwal)
Organizing interviews and focus group discussions
Monitor and Evaluate the progress of field team and report to the Program Manager
Manage all rounds of qualitative data collection and ensuring that all operational functions are effectively implemented and coordinated.
Ensuring collection and safe maintenance of qualitative data and its transmission to the head office.
Conducting qualitative data collection when required, including interviews and focus group discussions.
Transcribe qualitative Urdu/Punjabi interviews in Urdu.
Develop and maintain googles docs reporting formats, maintain database and dashboard.
Participating in qualitative trainings to learn about the project and data collection requirements.
Supporting other parts of the project as needed in the field.
Enumerator (Phone survey)
Responsible for phone-based data collection for the assessment of GIZ TVET Sector Support Program (TVET SSP) in Pakistan.
Ensure that checklist is complete in the start of data collection.
Submit entries /answers carefully on the Web-based questionnaire surveys on survey CTO provided
Provide quality data to the supervisor and able to write good reports
Attend Morning and Evening sessions in data collection days

Mobilization Officer
Identify and reach out to communities, care givers and children in mobile population, urban slums, diverse ethnic and religious groups, and out of school children up to 15 years of age, to raise awareness and refer to the TCV centers.
Engage with community networks and plan/implement social mobilization and community engagement activities – in schools, public/private spaces, malls/markets, mosques, clinics/hospitals, etc. – to raise awareness and create demand for the Typhoid vaccination before and during the campaign.
Support strategic project team in brainstorming on awareness raising and outreach strategies.
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
Community Youth Facilitator
Conducted training on active citizenship and peace building to engage the community in peace building in Multan
Conducted Social Action Plan in Multan, Pakistan
Trained more than 100 local youth volunteers in peace building, facilitation and conflict resolution
Conducted awareness sessions on Social cohesion, peace building and resilience
Managed report writing on Events/activities and SAPs
Project Officer
Identify, plan and implement all the activities related to the project
Provide expertise in conceptualising, design and drafting new outputs/products proposals in line with the objective of the Cultural Caravan Project
Analyse, edit and compile other documentation and prepare briefing papers and reports for artists and for internal use
Identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progression of the project
Communicate and report to the Project Manager to identify potential solutions

Managed data collected from 13 districts across Pakistan
Crosschecked end-line data with baseline, identify errors and report to national coordinator
