PLANNING ENGINEER
▪ Planning of Combined Cycle Power plant routine and outages maintenance activities.
▪ Progress Monitoring and Reporting of all O&M Activities.
▪ Controlling the maintenance requirements as well as generating the necessary maintenance reporting and root cause analysis (RCA) of all events on the plant.
▪ Daily Planning Meetings.
▪ Preparation of master maintenance schedule & plans during execution & completion stages.
▪ Outage Planning and Progress monitoring by conducting daily outage progress meeting.
▪ Preparation of Microsoft Project Plans for GT’s Compressor & Turbine Blades washing, Combustion Inspection, Major/Minor Overhauling, Hot Gas Path Inspection.
▪ Circulation of monthly report to reduce backlog in CMMS by checking PM/ CM ratio to ensure maintenance only when it is required.
▪ Verified and controlled usage of CMMS ensuring maximum Utilization of CMMS System to achieve optimum efficiency of resources, minimum down-time, maximum availability and quality in the data and reports.

▪ Q4 CMMS training to Workers.
