Hands on experience in maintenance of Waukesha (950 KW, VHP type) Genset,Work on Woodward synchronizer to sink two Gensets, LT/HT room maintenance, Installation of CB’s, monitoring of continues changing in load, shifting of load from Genset to K.E,Able to inspect & supervise automation control component and process control Component, like PID controllers, temperature sensor/controllers, photocell, level sensor, pressure switches, Servomotor, thermocouple and all type of RTD, Pt100, Thermal over load, EOCR, Limit switch, Timer & Counter and their Calibration etc,Supervision of major over hauls and discussed with senior Manager and make a strategy for implementation so that to avoid the machine stoppage in future,Maintenance of Induction Machines specially (squirrel cage),Created technical documents, electrical drawings, spreadsheets and compiled their results,To analyze the maintenance record, identify the root cause and its remedial actions required to submit to management,Hand Experience of designing and installation of Star-Delta panels up to 200KW motors,Good knowledge of designing Reveres Forward circuit and DOL starting circuits.,Perform various duties as assigned.

a. Quality installation of Electrical equipment and accessories as per the procedures and perform the CVCs to verity the installation is correct and meet the requirement.
b. Preparing the Submittals of material & samples for client\'s approval.
c. Hand on experience on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), making of PM Schedule, collecting of equipment’s data, making of PM Template etc.
d. Testing & Commissioning of 100/80 A, Eaton’s Automatic Transfer Switches.
e. Testing and Commissioning of FG Wilson’s Emergency Genset at standby and prime rated values.
f. Perform the Functional Performance Tests of Automatic Transfer Switches, Emergency Generator, Lighting & Dimming Controls, Electrical Panels & Switchgear etc by following the criteria of HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES INC.
g. Laying of H.T & L.T cables. Installation and commissioning of Pad Mount Transformer, Switch gear, Distribution Board, Street Light Poles etc.
h. Well awareness of building Fire Alarm System and Technical Security System. Installation of Horn Strobes, Heat and Smoke detectors, Duct smoke detectors and Fire dampers.
i. Selection of Contractors/Vendors based on financial workings and defined criteria
j. Coordination with clients, consultant for the installation and inspection.
k. Every week attend the Site work Progress meeting, Construction QC meeting with client and discuss the concern of client.
l. Monitor the progress on the site through the updated work schedules, including where corrective actions are required.
m. Making a daily plan for site work as per design drawing and specification.
n. Preparing of as builts and Method of statements for the approval from client.
o. To execute other assigned works as instructed by the Project manager related to engineering and site activities and to report him about the ongoing site activities.
