Environment
• Review and implementation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and assure compliance with EPA and other local legislation at all projects(Western Bypass project Baluchistan, Dualization project of road in Gujrat etc.)
• Generate SSEMP of Projects and other all reports (monthly compliance report, quarterly report, bi-annual and annual reports).
Maintains all records and programs required by EPA, client and fund donors. This would include the following:
all kind of Waste Summary Report, Air Emissions Inventory, Source Reduction Waste Minimization Annual Report, Spill Prevention and Counter-measure review & update, Hazardous Waste Management inventory, audit and inspect of all environmental parameters.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of environmental mitigation measures required and in the event of occurrence of any unexpected environmental impacts.
• Conduct and monitor all type of test e.g. noise, air soil, water etc. on quarterly basis.
• Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the company\'s BS: EN:ISO14001
environmental management system (EMS)
• Responsible to solve for social, economic grievance complaints of local as well as among
employees.
Health & Safety
• Generate Covid-19 Preventive Measures plan and Conduct PCR
• Responsible for designing of road diversions, EMPs and liaise with NH&M police for management of active transport at other corridor, crossing through the project.
• Screen projects and project sites before work commences, identifying safety related risks
• Review blueprint design of disposal system, evacuation plans, lightening, and ventilation to ensure minimum or no danger to the site workers or guests.
• Train company employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• implementation and maintenance of the company\'s BS: EN:ISO-9001 quality management system (QMS)
• Prepare incident reports, investigate accidents, injuries, or hazards/illness’ & find causes and put in place preventive measures and set the corrective action plans. Report and review findings from accident investigations
• Responsible for HSE Training, Auditing, Designing, site planning, etc.
• Provide and educate the importance of Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE). And sure all employees aware of the benefits of PPEs.
• Manage emergency procedures, safety complaints of employees and local personnel’s. Maintain and build relationships with external organizations such as fire departments, police, and rescue teams in order to facilitate emergency responses.
• Develop plans and coordinate worker training sessions for areas such as safety law and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment

• Prepare SSEMP of the Project of E-35, & two other project of LIMAK JV ZKB.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual compliance report regarding Health, Safety & Environment.

• Prepare SOPs(standard operating procedure) of all activities e.g. working at height, Girder Launching, Cranes, Winch Machine etc. on all projects of ZKB

HSE Engineer
• Provide general support and assistance to the Health and Safety Manager.
• Assist the Health and Safety Manager with Health and Safety monitoring activities.
• Assist the Manager with the management of fire safety throughout the buildings.
• Assist in Health and Safety audits and produce audit reports and follow up any actions.
• Assist with the coordination and management of laboratory coats, clinical waste and the clinical waste storage area.
• Liaise closely with the Facilities Management team to manage issues relating to the facilities service provision, and specifically waste disposal, buildings, fire safety equipment, electrical testing and safety audit non-compliances.
• Provide clerical support to the Health and Safety Committee and Safety Officers Forum
