Responsible for sourcing materials & services for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, InformationTechnology, Power Generation, & Construction Material. Source, Evaluate, Negotiate & Finalize orders with best available solution keeping in consideration of Company procedures. Negotiate with vendors, in terms of rates, quality, delivery & services. To coordinate with Chief Engineer and store department daily basis to meet day to day emergency requirement to avoid any production loss. Continuous efforts for cost cutting through market research, considering the quality benchmarks. Purchase planning & execution in coordination with Engineering department for their future Requirement. Submission of finalized Comparative Statement to GM Supply Chain then to Director for final approval. To ensure direct sourcing from Manufactures Wholesaler, Distributor to reduce general order suppliers. Coordinating with the accounts department to ensure timely billing to the concerned parties.

Negotiate rates, Scrap sale etc.
Procurement Executive
• Purchasing mechanical items, electrical items, Oil drums, Dyes and Chemical, Ball bearings, Motor, Pumps, Valves, SS, MS Plates, pipe, UPVC PVC Pipe, Machinery Parts industrial and other products/spares for Local market. Negotiate rates, freight handling, Custom Clearance, chemicals Import and Trading, handling and dealing with vendors and procurement/purchase related matters Scrap sale purchase audit etc.
• Prepare comparative analysis of quotations and report to director.
