•Review requirement specification documents and software design specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements. •Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. •Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. •Review and analyze user stories to determine reasonability, testability, resource requirements. •Provide work estimates for testing and should be able to participate in sprint planning. •To be actively involved with the testing and validation of the software. •Ensure testing is on schedule and in line with the processes. •Communicating with Team members to streamline the execution of test plans and processes with them. •Test cases and test data creation against business needs.

•Responsible for end-to-end support project management and delivery. •Evaluate existing business processes and create documentation outlining process improvements. •Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps building strong relationships. •Examining clients businesses to get to know their business processes and understand their objectives. •Document requirements, prepare proposals, processes, spreadsheets, process maps, training manuals and audio/video training sessions. •Coordinate meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients and vendors. •Report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed. •Keep track of team activities, deliverables and update project status daily.
