• Supervise manufacturing operation of BOPP Production Line (50 ton/day) including Film Line, Slitters and Waste Recycling unit. • Monitor operation performance through KPI Reports covering Production, Waste, Downtime and OEE. • Ensure timely updating material consumption, machine production, waste & labour hours are properly posted in SAP system and are under control. • Supervise and manage planned maintenance activities. • Implement Lean Manufacturing Practices to monitor and reduce/ control waste generation in manufacturing process. • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve process abnormalities and quality defects. • Supervise a team of 14 people including Shift In-Charge and Operators. • Implement globally accepted HSE practices/ GMP including Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Hazard Assessments. • Implement ISO-9001 by developing and following SOPs for all activities included under department’s jurisdiction. • Manage inventory of raw materials, finished good, consumables and machine spares. • Coordinate with departments including Quality Control, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HSE and Commercial to ensure smooth plant operation.

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing in all stitching units of YTM. In which we have covered: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Prepared SAM Bank, Line Balancing, Root Cause Management System, Material Availability Planning, Space Optimization, Capacity Gap Analysis, Kanban Based Material Issuance.
• Perform Risk Assessment of processes in all departments of production and stitching by using FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis) and recommend the action for failure modes which assessed during FMEA to prevent/reduce from failures.
• Designed a new Layout for whole Packing Department of Stitching Unit, to utilize the maximum spaces, and to minimize internal transportation for better efficiency.
• Worked on O.E.E (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of Bleaching & Mercerize Machines to reduce Downtime by 2%.

To design a conveyor belt for Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd. by improving current layout of assembly hall of G-4/V-3 gas meters & increasing production of 4000 meters per day from 2000 meters per day using line balancing tools

During my internship period I observed assembly, painting, machining, Drilling, shearing processes performed on different parts made by factory and have well aware of all machines. And I have design & made a light box for tolerance check for right angle.
