Maintain all HSE records, incident reports, performance reports, audit, SITE inspections, fire extinguisher / first aid boxes, departmental meeting MOM etc. Electronically in HSE Share drive and hard copies in the file in HSE department for audit reviews and future references.

Preparing NOMAC Procedural based Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual HSE Performance reports and graphical presentation for Manager HSE / GM-HSE

Responsible to maintain incident tracking sheet for each reported incident based on the officially submitted investigation and RCA reports and follow up on findings and action completion.
Planning, develop scenario and conducting emergency evacuation drill on monthly basis and follow-up for action / recommendations

Work with teams to ensure risk register are being maintained, revised and quarterly updated of plant in addressing risks identified in risk assessment carried out for all high risk activities, fire prevention, manual handling, diving work permit, chemical transfer, forklift operation, confined space, display screen equipment, job safety analysis etc.

In conjunction with Corporate Environment Engineer, ensure Environmental Aspect / Impact register and environmental training session are being delivered to all staff for addressing significant environmental issues highlighting from Aspect and Impact Assessment at each location

Participate in departmental self-assessment, Integrated Management System (IMS) audits, and joint HSE departmental inspections. Play active role in closing out of resulted NCRs.

Participate in the implementation of HSE Incentive Program on site that had been developed to promote safety culture in the company.

Develop HSE induction and orientation program for all new employees, contractors and visitors. Also conduction the same induction for existing employees at every 3 years interval.
