I've completed B.E Mechanical in Dec-15, my first job was of Service Engineer for Diesel Engines for the period of one year later in Jul-17 i switched to "Power Cement Ltd" Project Line-III where i started as Mechanical Engineer - Project and was assigned the responsibilities of erection, commissioning and now part of Operation and Maintenance team, I've worked as area in charge for gypsum crusher, FLS-OK cement mills, and currently as Sr. AM In-charge Packing Plant FLS-Ventomatic.

“Sr. Assistant Manager Mechanical” in Power Cement Limited
My responsibilities include:
• Responsible for smooth operation with maximum availability of equipment.
• Responsible for inventory control of my section on ERP Microsoft Dynamics 2012 and track the indented cases by SPR tracking sheet and perform Material Inspection on arrival.
• Perform reverse engineering of spare parts using XRF and developing drawings to arrange the spare from local market by not compromising the quality and keeping the cost control factor.
• Make Comparative statements and follow-up for spare with SCM to ensure the timely availability so that no down time will be occurred.
• Perform Inspections and Preventive, Planned, Breakdown and Opportunity maintenance.
• Attend Daily Plant Meeting to align the progress with company’s vision.
• Ensure Safety compliances to attain zero LTI using JSA, TBT, PTW, LOTO.
Sr. Assistant Manager Mechanical
Responsibilities Includes: (SAM - Area Incharge Packing Plant)
Smooth operation and maintenance of FLS-Ventomatic Giromat EVO-V8 06 no\'s of packers, big bag (1.5t) loading, and cement silos.
Inventory control of my section using MS-Dynamics 2012 (worked on: Procurement & sourcing, Inventory Management, Enterprise asset management modules).
Ensure Safety compliances to attain zero LTI using JSA, TBT, PTW, LOTO.
Perform Inspections and Preventive, Planned, Breakdown and Opportunity maintenance with record keeping in ERP system.
Previously Responsibled as: (AM - Area Incharge Cement Mills)
Smooth operation and maintenance of FLS OK-VRM (52-4) 2*220tph, UKC 90*160 Impact hammer crusher, Clinker Silo and Mill Feeding.

Worked as \"Trainee Engineer Mechanical Project\" in PCL-Project of FLSmidth 7700 tpd Clinker Production, Responsibilities Include: To ensure the Erection of Cement Mill (OK 39-4), Jet Pulse filter, Circulation Fan, Cement Silo & To ensure the Erection and Commissioning of Gypsum Crusher, Clinker Silo and Mill feed area, as per the FLS (drawings & manuals) standards. Attend the daily and weekly meetings.
