×           Work closely with sales executives and obtain sales forecast for Sales & Operation Planning process.

×           Foresee or analyze the problems faced by the clients and resolved the same through effective communication with internal departments, issuing ocean freight, air freight and clearance invoices to the customers, visited clients on a regular basis to identify any present or future opportunities in efforts to maintain or grow existing business.
×           Facilitates and expedites communication between clients, suppliers, and our project control center in the region, to minimize delays
×           managed contract with logistics service providers for both in outbound and inbound logistics, liaised with overseas network agents to ensure destination services meet contractual requirement, managed airfreight and sea freight rates and tariffs for key accounts
