MECHANICAL ENGINEER
I had worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Maintenance section, now working as a Planning Engineer with following responsibilities:
• Efficiency computation of 2*18MW CFBC boilers, Wartsila Engines, Kawasaki Gas Turbines.
• Keep check on Machines health and do plan maintenance accordingly.
• Analysis of plant health thoroughly.
• Root Cause Failure Analysis.
• All mill material consumption and cost report extraction and analysis through Oracle eAM.
• Cost estimation and planning of new projects.
• IRT inspection of all plants using Flir E8 Camera then analysis and report generation.
• Implementation of work according to codes and standards.
• Liaison with different contractors for on time project completion.
• Consciousness of safety measures during routine jobs.
• Implementation of ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 18001.
• Ensuring Energy conservation relevant to steam and water pipe lines.
• Implementation of 5S model in workshop.
• Now working on a project of packaging machine which will b completed in January 2018.
