Dedicated Sr. HR Operations Executive with experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management and Administration. These include Payroll Process, Staff Development, Employee Recruitment, Policy Development, Employee Retention & Record Management. Emphasis in the areas of benefits and compensation. • Handling Human Resource Management & payroll matters of 2,000 employees for 15 clients; in it includes 10 Pakistani and 5 Internationals clients.
• Responsible for the development and enhancement of the company\'s Human Resource Management System (HRMS) which includes development of a Payroll Management System, Self-Service portal covering leave, expense, travel and loan management for the clients and their employees.
• Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to assist IT team for developing the system as per client’s requirements.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
• Payroll preparation with relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Receives and provides detailed information and explanations to students. Participates in the organization of admissions and registration. Prepares, examines and verifies admissions and registration session files.
• Informs students in relation to their files. Resolves problems. Ensures the application of academic regulations and deadlines.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
• Guides student’s actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to management.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
