Over all management of CMAM program in Orakzai Agency.

- Responsible for guiding, planning, supervising and coordinating the activities of EYCON’s field monitors on UNICEF COMNet polio eradication activities in the 10 High Risk Districts of KP.
- Responsible for documentation, report writing and direct coordination with UNICEF Provincial office.
- Designing of monitoring tools and reporting formats in collaboration with UNICEF-COMNet staff
- Produce analytic consolidated monthly monitoring reports by identifying the key findings and issues by different statistics on program.
- Develop work plan with deliverables and timeframe (for the field monitors) and ensure strict compliance.
- Manage qualitative and quantitative data and provide analysis.
- Develop field monitoring plan and oversee the logistics of the various components/aspects of the program.
- Liaise with field monitors for data planning and analysis and to ensure that data is accurate and delivered on time.
- Organize jointly monthly review meeting of field monitors and UNICEF-COMNet staff to discuss the monthly progress and field issues.
-To conduct interview with Eycon HR department for hiring of new staff.
- Supervise and guide the field monitors at all levels via telephone and email to ensure successful communication via actively listening and probing questions. Also provide technical support to the field monitors, focusing on generation of knowledge, practice & methodologies.
- Develop case studies and document success stories to capture qualitative outputs of the program.

-To facilitate the consultant / organization for the mapping of the services and the situation analysis of the child protection issues in the Orakzai Agency-FATA.
-To develop the referral mechanism with all the government and non-governmental services providers, working in the Orakzai Agency, to ensure the access of services to the children victim of violence, abuse, exploitation, discrimination and neglect in the Agency of duty station.
-Monitoring and Facilitation of UNICEF Implementing Partners, working on Child Protection
-Formation of Community Based Child Protection Committees and community awareness on child rights under the protocols of UNCRC.
-Ensuring effective and regular monitoring and follow up of the child protection issues.

-Overall management of the program i.e. monitoring & Evaluation, Administration, Financial & program Operations

-Preparing Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP)

-Assist Agency Development Officer to plan project interventions with the project staff on weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis, based on designed proposal of the Project.
-To visit and work with communities in FATA, the Political Administration and other Government of Pakistan structure to mobilize local resources (community contribution and GOP resources) to implement activities.
-To identify community needs, develop village development planes and identify community training need assessment.
-To monitor, evaluate and report on the rapidly changing political environment and rapidly contribute to the FDP-LD overall strategy, design and implementation.
-Report to DADO/ADO on scheme implementation difficulties/problems and, as appropriate, suggest/oversight solutions.
